The Components of the Siana System

The Pieces of SianaThe Siana predictive maintenance system is designed first and foremost to be easy and intuitive - not only to install but also to use on a daily basis. In order to design such a system several components are needed, including the Sensor Node, the web app, the mobile app etc. Components that should work together seamlessly and be intuitive and reliable to use.
Sensor Node
The hardware component of the Siana system is the Sensor Node. The Sensor Node is the device that is installed onto the machine, that is being monitored. From the machine the Sensor Node continuously collects data that is afterwards autonomously analysed to determine and predict the condition of the machine. The Sensor Node itself is designed to be both rugged and durable, so it can withstand even the harshest industrial environments – and it is of course simple and easy to install, through the guided setup process in the Siana App.
App
The purpose of the Siana app is to aid you during the process of mounting and setting up the Sensor Node on a machine. The app will guide you through this process with intuitive instructions that makes it easy to understand how the Sensor Node is installed. The app also automatically links the Sensor Node to the Siana platform so data can be accessed by the user through any web browser. Of course, it also possible to access data and information from each of your machines directly through the Siana app – while you’ll also be notified if one of your machines soon needs a repair.
Data Processing using AI
At the core of the Siana system lies the autonomous data processing pipelines based on Artificial Intelligence. These processing techniques have been developed and designed using the newest scientific research and is exactly what enables the system to determine and predict the condition of each individual machine (motors, gears, pumps etc.). Data that has been collected from the monitored machines are transmitted to the Siana platform, where it is automatically analysed using before the results can be seen on the web platform or in the Siana app.
Web Platform
On the web platform you can get an overview of the current condition of all your machines, so you can easily spot which of them needs to be looked after – and which are simply running exactly as they should. If you need it, you can also access and take a deep dive into historical data about each machine to learn more about it.
